Xalyo Communications is offering turnkey solution for DSL application.

San Jose, California, October 27, 2004 – Xalyo Communications announced the offering of turnkey solution for Multi-Protocol DLSAM that satisfy next generation access platform requirements.

A strong market trend in the DSLAM market, including the deployment of integrated voice, video and data, is the capability of supporting both legacy ATM and IP based DSLAM are all important requirement offered in Xalyo turnkey solution.

Other aspects of the offering include lowering the cost per subscriber using the successful Winpath 787 network processor technology, increasing port density using the AC7 ADSL chipset for best in class integration and flexibility solution,  and offering modular advanced network processor services.

ATM switching, IP bridging and routing, IGMP snooping, PPPoA,  PPPoE and MPLS  are some of the protocols that will be supported.

Xalyo Communications is planning to demonstrate the initial solution to customers in early December '04.
