Xalyo Systems Announces XS-TDM, Quad E1/T1/J1 PCI Telecom Mezzanine Card
Geneva, Switzerland, September 27, 2004 – Xalyo
Systems today announced XS-TDM, a Quad E1/T1/J1 PCI
Telecom Mezzanine Card (PTMC) based on Wintegra’s WinPath
Network Processor.
Featuring four E1/T1 or J1 interfaces, XS-TDM supports many protocols such as ATM (AAL2/AAL5), SS7 (MTP2) or IP (PPP).
Supporting bridging, routing, switching and termination,
XS-TDM is ideally suited for applications such as Wireless
Infrastructure (2G & 3G), Broadband networks, Video Streaming and Telecom
Test Equipment.
Software support is provided for Linux and VxWorks.
Compliant with IEEE 1386.1 PCI Mezzanine card (PMC) and
PICMG 2.15 PCI Telecom Mezzanine Card (PTMC), XS-TDM can
be used in cPCI, cPSB, AdvancedTCA, VME, PC, and proprietary
applications.
XS-TDM is available immediately.
