Xalyo Systems was
founded by Andre Wiesel in 2003 to become a leading
vendor of commercial off the shelf ATM and IP interfaces
by providing
unequaled performance and features matching the actual
needs of the market at an attractive price. |

Xalyo Communications was
co-founded by Andre Wiesel and Carlo Treves in 2004
to deliver solutions and services that
enable customers to deliver high-performance and quality broadband
products to meet time to market in the most cost
effective way. |

| MANAGEMENT TEAM

Andre Wiesel –
President
Mr. Wiesel has over 13 years of technical and
entrepreneurial experience. Prior to founding Xalyo Systems and co-founding
Xalyo Communications, Mr. Wiesel held the position of Vice President
of
Engineering, Telecom Products Division, at Creative Electronic Systems
(CES) in Geneva Switzerland. He was directly responsible for creating
profitable products with an international
customer base and managing several multi-million dollar projects
for
customers such as Lucent, Nortel and Ericsson. In addition, Mr. Wiesel
contributed to European programs that led him to research
distributed operating
systems
for massively parallel systems and develop a commercial ATM solution
for the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN,
Geneva). Mr. Wiesel holds an M.S. degree in Microelectronics
from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne
(Switzerland)

Carlo Treves –
Vice President
Mr. Treves is responsible for corporate business
strategy with a focus on operational growth opportunities. Mr.
Treves has more than 6 years of management experience in networking
and
telecommunications industry. Prior to co-founding Xalyo Communications,
Mr. Treves was responsible for managing critical customer accounts
at Texas
Instruments and previously held numerous lead engineering positions
at Cisco Systems. Mr. Treves got a M.S. degree in computer science
from the
Polytechnic of Turin, Italy in 1987 and MS in Engineering Management
from Santa Clara University in 2004. |
